- This exhibition is a collection of images and texts that explore how Niagara's booming industry in the 19th century visually changed, collaborated with, or overwhelmed the landscape around it. The collection explores the visual culture of 19th century Niagara that displayed the relationship between factory and nature, and presented industry as an embedded, inexorable feature of Niagara’s environment. Created as part of the VISA 2P90: 19th Century Visual Culture course at Brock University.
