Theme Your Site

This portion will demonstrate how to edit the theme.yml (found in your repository's '_data/' director) to customize the visualizations and home page.

Step 1 - Edit the home page in the theme.yml file.

Step 2 - Add or remove browse buttons.

Step 3 - Edit the Subjects word cloud.

Step 4 - Edit the Locations word cloud.

Step 5 - Adjust the Map page.

Step 6 - Customize the Timeline dropdown button.

Step 7 - Adjust metadata downloads.
